Britton Holland is a Vice President with Edge Capital Markets in Houston. He was previously on the South Coast Retail Advisors team at Cushman & Wakefield in Houston, Texas, representing private and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of unanchored strip centers to power center retail properties throughout the Gulf Coast. He focuses on valuation, strategic planning, and transaction structure in his role, enabling him to provide solutions that align with clients’ real estate needs.
With over 20 years of experience in the commodity and specialty finance industries, Britton previously managed an energy trading portfolio of over $1 billion in assets at Graham Capital Management. Britton’s knowledge and expertise with many leading-edge ventures have given him a unique blend of client focus experience, and his understanding of software systems positions him to continue to enhance the client’s real estate process.
Previously with Braes Capital and White Buffalo Capital, Britton has a private equity and portfolio management background with industry expertise in sourcing retail shopping center investments for real estate funds.
As an entrepreneur, Britton has developed several commercial real estate software applications designed to optimize retail site selection and land development opportunities, efficiently analyzing satellite imagery via machine learning and AI techniques.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Britton is committed to philanthropy, served on MD Anderson’s Advance Team Board for six years, and is the founder of Stock Grill Challenge, an annual BBQ competition that brings competitors of all skill levels together to raise money for cancer charities.
