Her responsibilities with Levcor include coordinating due diligence for the sale of properties, preparing operating budgets and ensuring that projects operate within those confines, preparing monthly owner’s reports, auditing leases, approving invoices and expenditures, preparing leases and construction contracts, supervising maintenance for all properties, negotiating renewals, property inspections, and special projects as needed.
