Since 1985, Mr. Brook Morris has been involved as a professional in commercial development. Prior to founding Prism Realty Corporation in 2001, Mr. Morris served as Executive Vice President at Majestic Realty Co. and Principal at Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Morris has developed over 2.7 million square feet of retail centers and 2.2 million square feet of industrial space. In addition, Mr. Morris has had extensive experience with industrial and commercial redevelopment and urban infill sites and successfully completed 12 of these projects having a value at completion of approximately $500 million.
