Brooke first entered the commercial real estate industry with Kessinger/Hunter & Company in 2004 and held a number of different positions including Listing & Contract Coordinator and Property Manager. There, she was responsible for the day-to-day operation of nearly 3 million square feet of commercial property for both local and institutional clients. In 2013, she joined LANE4 Property Group. Brooke has managed a range of commercial property including retail, office, medical, industrial and government properties.
Transitioning to the brokerage side of the office, Brooke has taken on the leasing of several properties, combining her management and transactional skills to offer exceptional value to her clients. Additionally, Brooke has found a niche representing clients in their search for real estate in the Kansas City area. The diverse experience she brings makes Brooke a great addition to the LANE4 sales and leasing team.
