Bruce A Fouraker comes to Watson Commercial Realty, Inc. with six years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Referrals, Property Management and Project Management. During his previous stint as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate, Bruce obtained over $2 million in listings and brought several complex long-term leases to closing. He also, managed to get a difficult church deal to closing.
Bruce brings a lot of non-real estate related experience to table as well. Having experience as a para-legal, in the credit card industry as a banker, working with bonds in the area of municipal finance, working with vendors to improve properties and helping customers obtain financing.
Bruce is active with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce with the JAX USA Partnership, the Tree Rivers Council and the Downtown Council where he serves on the Board of Directors. He serves on the USS Orleck Floating Museum (JHNSA) as Board Member, on the Executive Committee, as one of the Officers of the Day and as Finance Committee Chairman.
Bruce looks forward to his new career at Watson Commercial Realty, Inc. and help businesspeople across the North Florida area with their real estate needs.
