A third generation Greensboro native, Bruce brings many years of Real Estate experience in both the commercial and residential arena. As a lifelong local resident and licensed Broker since 1992, Mr. Beaman has an extensive network of Developers, Property Owners and Investors to facilitate your commercial real estate needs. Received an undergraduate degree from Guilford College in business and Political Science. Masters of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary. Bruce formed Gray-Court Properties in 1992. During this time, he specialized in the acquisition and re-development of Class B office space and handled all facets of brokerage, leasing, and property management. In 2002, Gray-Court worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial’s corporate director to develop and implement commercial training programs and the development of a local market strategy. The company was hired by one of North Carolina’s largest retail/restaurant developers to facilitate the leasing of vacant retail property and to aid in the liquidation of excess properties. Bruce is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. He is a member of Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Retail Federation, and a graduate of the Site Selection University in Scottsdale, Arizona.
