Director of Acquisitions, the division partners with private and institutional funds to pursue commercial investment and development opportunities in Colorado and Arizona. The division specializes in transactions under $8 million. Year to date, Bruce has been responsible for nearly $17,000,000 in acquisition/development. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is a three-time All-American ski racer. He spends his free time golfing, biking, watching the Buffaloes, skiing and coaching soccer. Bruce is married to Becky, and they have two children.
