Bruce serves as Senior Vice President at Avison Young's Chicago office, where he is responsible for new business development and transaction advisory services for professional service firms and local and national corporations. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Bruce is an expert in financial and market analysis, negotiation and commercial real estate trends.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Bruce spent 10 years as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, 3 and half years as a Senior Vice President with Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler, where he specialized in office leasing. Bruce has completed transactions for his clients valued at more than $2.0 billion, ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 250,000 square feet corporate headquarters locations. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Bruce practiced law “in-house” for Bank One in Ohio and in private practice in Chicago. Bruce also served three years as a senior administrator at the University of Cincinnati.
