Bruce joined Colliers in January 2021 as a Graduate Surveyor working in the London West End office. On the graduate scheme, Bruce completed a 12 month rotation in the Rating team, followed by 6 months in the Valuation and Advisory Department specialising in loan security valuations and development appraisals across all asset classes. His final 6 month rotation was in the National Capital Markets team. After completing the graduate scheme, Bruce passed the APC and became a Chartered Surveyor in Spring 2023.
He works in the National Capital Markets team focusing on the South East office market.
