For over 20 years, Mr. Reed has been a market leader in exclusive
representation of tenants/buyers in the Nashville Market.
Prior to joining the Charles Hawkins Co. in 2003, Mr. Reed was Director of Corporate Services at NAI Mathews Partners, and was the firm’s top corporate services producer for six consecutive years. While with NAI, he served on the leadership committee of the NAI Office Council. He began his commercial real estate career in 1987, and was the number two producer for the nine-year period he was an office leasing and sales specialist with the 20 plus broker firm of Fulton Armstrong Associates, which is now Grubb and Ellis/Centennial, Inc. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Reed was a top manager, salesperson and recruiter with the Southwestern Company.
