Bruce Trimbur has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years. He was associated with two Commercial Realty firms in Charlotte NC. He also launched two firms as broker in charge (BIC) for Piedmont Row Realty and Trimbur Group LLC. He has been involved in both sides of the sales process along with leasing of offices, retail, restaurant, light industry as well as investment properties. Bruce has in depth understanding of effective negotiating tactics. His emphasis when working with clients is to listen, collaborate and serve needs using good character, competency and certainty. Bruce has experience in the construction industry as the past owner of a Manufacturer Representative firm S.L. Bagby Co., selling commercial and industrial lighting.
Over the years Mr. Trimbur has been involved in various civic and community boards. In the Cornelius NC Bluffton SC area he is a member of the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) and HPRC Rotary International, The New Bluffton Worship Steering committee , U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 10-11, U.S. Green Building Council Ga.. Bruce formerly served in Cornelius NC as Town Board of Commissioners/Council, Land Development Code Advisory Board, and was Chairmen of the Department of Parks Arts Recreation and Culture (PARC). At Davidson United Methodist Church, he served on Staff Parish Relationship Council, and was Chair to Strategic Planning, Facilities Planning and was a Sunday School Committee member.
Bruce resides in Old Town Bluffton with his wife of 39 years and has two adult daughters residing in Birmingham Al and Denver Co. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker in South and North Carolina. He is a lighting expert, LEED AP certified with focus on sustainability.
