Bruce Michael Waters, CCIM, has been associated with development and commercial real estate since 1970. He holds a real estate license in both New Hampshire and Vermont. During the past 39 years, Bruce has been involved in development projects totaling millions of dollars. His development/brokerage/marketing skills have helped many successful projects for clients. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, currently Senior Broker for McLaughry Commercial, a former eight year member of the Town of Hanover Planning Board, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He currently sits on several non-profit and for profit organization boards within the Upper Valley and State of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Bruce M. Waters is a member of the world-renowned commercial brokerage organization, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is associated with the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
