Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, is a partner and Senior Commercial Broker with the firm. Since 1977, Bruce has completed transactions consisting of sales, leasing and consulting services for the Connecticut business community in excess of $350 million. In 1984 he was named Senior Marketing Consultant with the Grubb and Ellis Company. From 1989 to 1993, as Director of Marketing for a major Fairfield County development, he was responsible for leasing over 300,000 sq/ft of industrial and high tech space. Bruce attended Graham Junior College majoring in business. Lives in Easton, CT. 2012-2014 President CT Chapter SIOR.
