Bio
Bryan Babits is a Vice President at Western Retail Advisors. A Phoenix native with over 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Bryan specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales.
Bryan joined WRA from Weingarten Realty where he oversaw leasing for 24 shopping centers covering over 2.3 million square feet in Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque. Bryan’s expertise includes market and financial analysis along with contract writing and negotiation.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Arizona State University, Bryan began his career as a Development Intern with Vestar. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and currently lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Natalia, and their two children, Isabella and Bennett.
