His expertise extends across various sectors, including office, retail, R&D and industrial properties throughout the San Francisco Peninsula. With a passion for creating value through strategic real estate transactions, Bryan has assisted many local businesses, investors, and developers in acquiring both on and off-market buying opportunities. Since 2018, Bryan has leased and sold over 345,000 sqft of commercial space and sold over $50,000,000 in real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2022 he was a president's club member for being in the top 1% of agents nationwide for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
