Bryan Hurley is a Director in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he works alongside Michael F. DeCheser, Senior Managing Director, focusing on investment sales in Manhattan’s East Village, Lower East Side, and Chinatown neighborhoods. Since joining Cushman in 2018 he has been involved in 38 deals for an aggregate of over $200,000,000 in sales.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Bryan worked at CPEX Real Estate focusing on Mixed-Use Investment Sales throughout the borough of Brooklyn. During his two years at CPEX Bryan brokered 13 transactions of 16 properties totaling over 100,000 square feet, with an aggregate sales value over $32,000,000. At CPEX Bryan gained experience working with individual owners and family offices ranging from a typical one-over-one mixed-use building to rent-stabilized portfolios with 50 plus units.
He is on the Emerging Leaders Council for New Heights Youth, a non-profit sports-based youth-development and educational organization based in New York City. New Heights creates opportunities and provides support for promising youth to fulfill their potential in the classroom, on the court and in the community. Bryan helps with fundraising, organizing events and mentoring college bound students. He was honored with the 2019 Leadership and Service Award at New Height’s annual fundraiser.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, majoring in Economics. He was a four-year member and captain of the varsity basketball team. Originally from Watertown, Massachusetts, Bryan currently resides in Williamsburg.
