Bryan J. Houlihan is a Senior Director at Houlihan-Parnes Realtors. Bryan joined the firm in 2012 and represents the fifth generation of the Houlihan family to work in the business which was founded over 125 years ago in 1891. Bryan is a licensed real estate salesperson primarily focused on commercial real estate sales and finance for Houlihan-Parnes’ portfolio of over 7 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use space and over 10,000 multifamily units across the United States. The firm is engaged in acquisition, disposition, property and construction management, consulting services, leasing and mortgage brokerage for all commercial real estate asset classes, both for the company’s portfolio and for third party clients. Bryan Houlihan is a graduate of Fairfield University and currently lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut with wife Sasha.
