Bryan brings more than 30 years of healthcare real estate experience with a focus on complex healthcare real estate transactions including portfolio optimization, built-to-suit development, real estate syndications and leases with equity. Throughout his career he has completed transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion. He is currently a member of California Hospital’s Medical Centers Foundation Board of Governors and has been involved in various boards with Providence Healthcare Services, Providence Tarzana Medical Center and Motion Picture Television Fund. He frequently serves as a speaker on healthcare real estate at industry conferences.
