Bryce’s key strength is his ability to build successful teams to carry out highly complex projects from construction and real estate to fundraising and philanthropy, under tight budget constraints and schedule deadlines. His willingness to tackle difficult tasks that allow for creative problem solving under pressure have become a trademark advantage wherever Bryce works.
In addition to commercial real estate, Bryce also owns Construction Incorporated, LLC, a construction and consulting firm specializing in commercial tenant improvement projects. He is a LEED, Accredited Professional (NC) as well as a licensed Colorado contractor.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Bryce is heavily involved with Denver Active 2030 acting as logistics chair for major fundraising events, raising over $1 million in 2012. He also serves as the Signature Event Chairman for the Young Professionals Council for Denver Kids, Inc. In this role he organizes, with his committees, Carnival, “A Night in Rio” which grossed over $50,000 in 2012 as a first year event.
When not working, Bryce enjoys snowboarding, trail running, scuba and free diving, hiking, boxing and international backpacking.
