Bryce graduated from Penn State University with a Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. He oversees Acquisitions and Real Estate. While pursuing his degree, he obtained his real estate license and purchased
several rental properties. After graduating, Bryce was an ambitious, driving force in the growth of the family business. Realizing the growth potential in the rental real estate market, Bryce quickly worked towards acquiring land and developing passive income projects. Forming a land development team and managing the finances, Bryce was able to obtain approvals on projects while creating the proformas to obtain financing. Bryce has a strategic, innovative approach that has allowed him to see new growth opportunities in the real estate market. The collaboration between Bryce and his two brothers, Michael and Bryan, is a key component to the successful construction and management of multiple projects under the Burkentine Real Estate Group umbrella.
