Mr. Cerkleski joined the DarwinPW brokerage team as an associate after graduating from Texas Christian University (TCU) Neeley School of Business in the spring of 2023. Bryce graduated with honors from TCU and moved back to his hometown in Chicago to pursue a career in Industrial Real Estate. At DarwinPW, Mr. Cerkleski will be focusing on tenant and buyer representation as well as investment analysis and sales.
Prior to joining the DarwinPW team, Mr. Cerkleski interned at Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) in Schaumburg, Illinois.
While at IOV, Bryce was tasked with the underwriting of prospective investment deals and aided in the due diligence process on deals while they were under contract. Bryce was also given the responsibility of researching other markets that were targeted for growth and sourcing potential investment deals in and outside of Chicagoland.
Mr. Cerkleski works closely with DarwinPW principal Matt Lewandowski, specializing in the Lake County submarket.
