Bryon has sold several homes to buyers introduced to the Irish Hills through this tour.
From 2015 to the present, Bryon has been the exclusive listing agent for properties owned by the Lake Columbia Property Owners Association. Since 2016, Bryon has been an honored member of the "Board of Review" by Columbia Township, where he serves as the Chairman.
