Byron E. Calhoun, Broker, Stiles Realty Co. Byron Calhoun joined Stiles Realty Compny in 1999 concentrating on office leasing in Fort Lauderdale's Central Business District. With his assistance Stiles Realty Co. has become one of the most respected and productive real estate brokerages in South Florida and one of the largest based in Broward County.
When taking on an exclusive assignment on Tenant Representation or Landlord Representation, Byron along with his partners view the goals and objectives of each client's standpoint and negotiates on their behalf to ensure the best possible outcome. Byron is highly involved in the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area and has used his extensive knowledge and experience in the South Florida marketplace to provide the highest level of service to his clients.
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and expertise, Byron has held a number of executive and senior management positions with various organizations and other commercial real estate firms. Byron has served as the President of organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA) and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Georgetown University Alumni Club.
Byron earned his B.S. degree in Foreign Service at Georgetown University School in Washington D.C.. Prior to his real estate career, Byron Calhoun was registered with the New York Stock Exchange and an account executive with Merrill Lynch.
