Caitlin Korsak is a first year Investment Sales Associate at CBRE Tampa. Under the leadership of Michael P. Regan and Cameron Barbas, the five-person team specializes in multifamily asset sales across Central, Southwest, and North Florida. Since 2020, the team has closed over 20,000 units, valued at over $3 billion in sales.
During her undergraduate studies at the University of Tampa, Ms. Korsak served as a founding member and two-term President of the Real Estate Club, contributing to the launch of the university's first real estate course in 2023. Beyond academics, she participated in ventures initiated by local investors, focusing on revitalizing commercial properties through adaptive reuse. Her achievements earned her recognition as a 2022 CREW Network Student Scholar, 2022 SIOR Student Scholar, 2023 CoreNet Global Student Scholar, and 2023 Bob Ruday Servant Leader of the Year.
