Caitlin became licensed in 2020, and hit the ground running, earning her clients, trust and respect as a knowledgeable advocate. Caitlin studies the housing market religiously and excels at advising and crafting creative offers for her buyers to gain acceptance in multiple offer situations. Although Caitlin is a fairly new, she is not new to the real estate business. Her first job was working at her mother's flourishing mortgage brokerage and more recently she was part of the support team for Coulombe Home Team for 3 years. Caitlin always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
