As a Vice President, partner of the national leadership team, and leader of the strategic partners' group, Caitlin Zirpolo specializes in the disposition of quality retail across the US. She has personally sold over 1 Billion in retail assets since 2016. Prior to joining the Colliers team she quickly moved through the ranks in her three years at Matthews Real Estate to Senior Associate by utilizing her comprehensive knowledge, ability to fully understand real estate, and true passion for helping people. Caitlin has a unique ability to bring together a buyer and seller in difficult transaction situations with sophisticated buyers and sellers.
