The CCM Commercial team is led by Cal C. Mitchell, Principal, Managing Broker, MCNE. Cal has held multiple C-level positions in various Fortune 500 companies in the areas of finance, technology, and education. Having lived in the U.S. and abroad, he is well travelled, and has worked with people from all cultures. He is a skilled and savvy negotiator, having raised over $50 million for several local start-ups. As a seasoned commercial real estate broker, Cal and his team will always seek to successfully negotiate the BEST, most optimum and financially rewarding results for their clients.
Cal believes in fostering an environment of open communication, integrity, and mutual respect with clients. Commercial real estate often involves highly complex and intense negotiations. For many clients, commercial transactions can be quite emotional as a lot can be at stake—depending upon the property transaction and deal structure. Having successfully negotiated on behalf of sellers, buyers, landlords, renters, and investors—Cal fully understands the nuances and sensitivities of commercial real estate transactions.
