Calandra Randolph joined FIMC in 1998 and in these past twelve years has obtained her Texas Realtor’s license as well as her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Calandra currently oversees the day to day management of over 475,000 square feet of office buildings and retail centers in both Amarillo and Lubbock. She is also a specialist in the property management of Homeowner Associations for FIMC.
In this position Calandra has gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, employee supervision, tenant build-outs and direct communication with both tenants and property owners.
Mrs. Randolph is also involved in the leasing of office and retail properties managed or listed with FIMC.
