Caleb was born and raised in Sevier County, TN. He attended Pigeon Forge Schools from Kindergarten to High School and continued on to earn an Associates of Science in Business from Walters State Community College. Caleb graduated with a business degree, but was taught business and real estate through his local family operations. This background within the industry has molded a unique set of people and professional skills that very few brokers have. After obtaining his Principal Broker’s license in 2018, he opened his own firm to specialize in the brokerage of Commercial Real Estate and Investment Land Properties. Caleb has a beautiful wife, Codie, and together they have one son, Cayden. After having such a great opportunity at a young age, Caleb combines a unique set of skills and applies them in a straight forward approach to the real estate needs of his clients.
