Camilo Fabros is Managing Director with Lincoln Property Company in Irvine, California. Camilo has a real estate background that is multifaceted with experience garnered at companies such as RiverRock Real Esate Group, Insignia/ESG, CB Richard Ellis, and Colliers International. Camilo brings over 27 years of experience in owner representation, investment sales, tenant representation, marketing, financial modeling/analysis, and contract negotiations. In this capacity, Camilo has been involved in over 3.1 million square feet of commercial sale and lease transactions totaling in excess of $600 million; and multi-family transactions in excess of $795 million. Prior to joining RiverRock, Camilo was a Vice President with Colliers International where he was a member of its Private Client Advisors Investment Group and National Apartment Advisors Group. Prior to Colliers International, Camilo was an associate with Insignia/ESG on its West Coast multi-family investment team based in downtown Los Angeles. Camilo was responsible for business development, research, and marketing. Before joining the West Coast multi-family team, Camilo spent four years with Insignia/ESG’s Century City office where he built his career representing owners, tenants, and investors in the sale and leasing of commercial office properties. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG in 1999, Camilo spent 5 years with CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Marketing Specialist, Financial Analyst, and Junior Broker. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Camilo worked as a Junior Broker and Analyst with a small boutique real estate firm in Santa Monica, California specializing in the conversion of multi-family buildings under Santa Monica Rent Control into condominiums.
