As First Vice President of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, Candace Bare specializes in personalized client representation in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant Retail and Office assets, as well as Hospitality assets across the nation. Candace has proudly accomplished record sales achievements on behalf of her clients due to her extensive market knowledge, comprehensive market analysis regardless of the location, strategic advisory services, and thoughtful concern for individual client goals and preferences. Candace maintains an extensive database of active commercial property buyers and sellers.
Candace joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 and has become one of the top investment brokers in the Las Vegas office and, most recently was presented with a National Sales Recognition award by Marcus & Millichap as one of the firm’s top producers.
Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as the Net Leased Properties Group, National Retail Group, National Hospitality Group and Special Asset Services Group of Marcus & Millichap.
