Real Estate is more than my career, as cliche as it sounds, it truly is my passion. In the 12 years I have been licensed as a Realtor, I spent the first 6 years specializing in residential new construction managing multiple different sites, as well as designing floor plans and interior design for model homes. I appreciate that experience for the vast amount of knowledge I gained regarding the entire build process, from foundation to trusses I truly understand the complexities that go far beyond the drywall and decor and that has proven to be extremely valuable for my clients as I began to focus more on the resale side of the real estate market. I have had to honor of assisting 100's of home buyers and sellers as they navigate purchasing and listing their homes.
