Born and raised in the San Luis Valley, Candice grew up on a ranch outside of South Fork then later her family moved to the Center area to farm. Candice has a BA from Adams State University. Candice and her husband, Tedd, and their family work the family farms and businesses. Through these experiences, Candice awakened a curiosity and desire to understand the real estate market. Thus, 7 years ago, she decided to get her real estate license and the rest is history. During her first year as a realtor, Candice was the only San Luis Valley realtor nominated for Realtor Rookie of the Year. She strives to do the best for her clients no matter the type of property. She knows that no matter what real estate needs you may have, they are important to you and that is what matters.
