Bio
Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 1988, and after starting out in property management (1978-1995), Carl has spent the last 25 years in the public sector, working in regeneration and development, on a number of major projects in the south west, such as the Royal William Yard, in Stonehouse, Plymouth; the regeneration of the Millbay area of Plymouth; the Wave Hub project in Cornwall; and the Morlands Enterprise Park development in Glastonbury. He now works as Principal Surveyor in Plymouth City Council's Strategic Development Projects Team, spearheading the delivery of the Oceansgate development, a 25,000 sq m Marine Industries Production Campus on a former 7.5 ha MoD waterfront site in South Yard, Devonport .
