Carl, a California licensed commercial real estate salesperson at Voit Commercial Brokerage, started his career in 1988 and resides in Newport Beach with his wife and three (3) daughters. He has received numerous awards over the years including “Rookie of the Year,” “Top Ten Broker,” and “Broker of the Year” from many large real estate firms including his current firm, Voit Commercial Brokerage. He has sold approximately thirty (30) office and industrial buildings to both users and investors totaling more than 1,000,000 square feet. He has also represented clients in lease negotiations in more than 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space, which included the largest McDonald’s distribution center in the United States. In the last five (5) years, Carl has spent most of his time selling land to public home builders and developers. He has sold more than 672 acres of land with a value of $156,250,000 throughout Southern California, including Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley. His largest client is D.R. Horton.
