Carl D. Kuhn, CCIM, SIOR, has over twenty-four years of commercial real estate experience, including real estate brokerage experience with Grubb & Ellis nationally. He has his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) with 9000 designees worldwide. He also has his SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). As a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), he attends their deal making sessions each May – a forum for all national retail chains looking to expand into new markets. Carl has a Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance and a BBA/Economics, both from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Carl was born and raised in Alaska. Carl has been a top producer from the time he joined Jack White Commercial. Last year, he completed in excess of $71,000,000 worth of transactions. Carl has extensive experience in new site selection, disposition, leasing and investment sales.
