Carl Lindberg comes to Champions Real Estate Group with over 35 years of experience in all facets of the Commercial Real Estate industry with strong emphasis on government portfolios and tenant representation for chemical and logistics management industries, and with particular expertise in transportation. Carl has extensive experience in land acquisition, development, entitlements, environmental and the disposition of large and small parcels of land and properties. Carl’s dedication to his clients and diligence in getting the job done consistently provides marked savings and increased value to corporate assets. Carl believes a broker must earn a place at a corporate chair for each and every client. The only way to achieve this is through unrelenting hard work, developing a foundation of trust and committing to a dedication that supports the client in every aspect of their mission statement. Carl’s other activities included arranging and executing construction and permanent financing, the structuring of development joint ventures, leasing, asset management and dispositions of portfolios, sales and marketing, and the overseeing of all accounting, tax and risk management functions.
