I concentrate on the sale of land for develolpment interests as well as for future investment. I advise my clients as to the development potential and the general framework of the entitlement process. This advice allows clients to define the timeline for investments in land.
A second area of concentration is in small to medium size apartment properties, as a seller's representative and as a buyer's agent.
We are able and willing to represent sellers and buyers in the greater Sacramento region as well as other northern California markets.

For thirty years I have worked in three primary areas of the real estate profession: brokerage, development and property mangagement. In addition to these primary areas of experience, I have also worked in project feasibility, finance and entitlement.
