With a diverse background in building and historic rehabilitation, finance, and business management, Carl combined his business expertise with his passion for renovating houses—a side hobby he pursued concurrently. In 2001, Carl's love for the mountains led him to Highlands, where he became a second homeowner. Eventually, he decided to call Highlands his full-time home and embarked on a new chapter in his career in real estate in 2016.
