Carlie is responsible for managing the Property Management and Maintenance Departments. She is actively involved in the strategic planning process for developing the division’s Management initiatives. She is a licensed real estate professional offering 10+ years of experience in property management. Coming from a Real Estate Asset Manager position with Bank of Hawaii, she managed a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 865,500 square feet of mixed office/retail space and over 359,500 square feet of land for bank owned properties and branch leases on Oahu. She also assisted the bank with ATM placement strategy and negotiations. Carlie is currently President for BOMA Hawaii and is a member of BOMA International’s Floor Measurement Standards and Asset Management committees.
