Carlin Yamashita of Island Life Homes joined our team bringing a background of 13 years of Residential Home Sales and sales of Honolulu Apartment Buildings. Carlin brings to his clients a very high level of knowledge and experience accumulated over 10 years, 200+ successful real estate transactions, and orchestrating several home remodels, this level of knowledge is not often found. Clients are delighted to repeatedly work with Carlin, because of his high level of professionalism and how he makes the process smooth for them. In 2009 and 2010 he was ranked #11 and #19, amongst all Oahu Realtors based on # of closed transactions, and has remained in the Top 100 Realtors from 2008- 2012. In 2013 Carlin was recognized and featured in Honolulu Magazine’s short list Best In Real Estate based on a poll of 10,000 homeowners and real estate professionals. Carlin spent his collegiate studies in Aviation Business, also obtained his pilot’s license. After University, Carlin worked in the administration department for Crescent Heights, the nation’s largest condominium developer at the time, where he was first introduced to real estate. Raised in Hawaii and an alumni of Maryknoll High School, Carlin likes to spend his leisure time practicing bikram yoga, canoe paddling, and playing & coaching soccer.
