Mr. Carlos Herrera Jr. serves as the President of Fenix Contractors Inc. Mr. Herrera served as a Director of Apollo Bancshares, Inc., and Apollo Bank. He has developed many projects throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. He is actively involved in the construction industry and served for three years as chairman of the Latin Builders Association which is the largest Hispanic association in the construction industry in Florida. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and Certified Air Conditioning Contractor with over thirty years of experience in commercial and residential projects.
