Carlos has been a long-time Southern California resident since 1961 and started his career in commercial real estate in 1989. He started working for a Newport Beach based regional commercial real estate brokerage firm, Associated Industrial Properties, in their Rancho Cucamonga office. He was awarded the “Rookie of the Year," Top Producer of the Month and several Sales Agent of the Month awards while employed with AIP.
He joined MGR Real Estate in 1992 as a Senior Broker Associate. During his tenure at MGR he has introduced, trained, and mentored hundreds of first-time and experienced agents in commercial real estate. He has earned multiple awards here at MGR including Top Producer, Special Recognition, Spirit, Service and President’s Award.
After decades of experience and hundreds of professionally completed commercial real estate transactions, Carlos is an industry recognized and respected commercial real estate professional by his CRE peers.
