Prior to joining IMC, Carlos had a 14 year banking career specializing in commercial real estate lending, construction lending, credit analysis, special assets, and portfolio management.
Since joining IMC in 2011, Carlos has been responsible for the company’s acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, structuring debt financing, and executing the closings which have surpassed $1 billion dollars.
Carlos holds an MBA form Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. Carlos was born in Havana, Cuba and lives in Miami with his wife and twin daughters
