Most recently, Carlos worked with Citius Capital Real Estate, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, México, where he covered the Reynosa and Matamoros industrial markets and managed a leasing portfolio of
approximately 769,000 square feet.
Carlos also spent time with the McAllen Economic Development Corporation as the Marketing Director and Best/White Real Estate Brokerage in McAllen, Texas.
