Since 2006, Carly has consulted with many companies to analyze their Real Estate needs. She has determined and implemented appropriate strategies for companies to obtain or divest themselves of retail, office or industrial space in order to increase their efficiency and optimize their profitability.
When working with a tenant or buyer she seamlessly guides them through the entire process so they can focus on their daily operations. Carly is an esteemed property detective, she is able to research potential properties, orchestrate the site selection process and determine the feasibility/desirability of alternatives whether the user is retailing, manufacturing, researching or performing purely office functions. Her recommendations come from a deep understanding of the market developed over 10 years. She is a strategic and seasoned negotiator, who will always help co-ordinate with other professional services (legal, architectural etc.) when required.
Carly is also experienced in working with investors or landlords that have vacancies in their portfolio. She is conscious of the nuances of sales and marketing and is therefore an excellent liaison between landlords and tenants. She can advise both sides how to best handle the situation at hand, given the particular circumstances.
Thanks to her strong network and ability to acquire and maintain clients, she has nearly perfected the art of matchmaking between tenants & landlords, or buyers & sellers. She is proud to have been involved in putting new a new roof over so many organizations.
Armed with an International Masters in Business Admin, Carly is connected internationally. She consults regularly with landlords, “space users” and investors who have (or want) property in Canada or the US, though the bulk of her work remains in the province of Quebec, in the Montreal and Laval regions.
