Carol Hatch, Vice President of Hardy Realty, has been associated with the Company since 1990 as Property Manager and Associate Broker.
A native of Rome, Carol is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance and Commercial Banking. Licensed as a Realtor since 1982, she holds a Georgia Real Estate Brokers License. Carol has obtained the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through her membership and education in the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, a member of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce and a graduate of Leadership Rome XIV. She currently serves as treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Hospitality House for Women and the President of the Board of Directors of the Coosa Valley Tennis Association. She also serves on the Board of Zoning Adjustments for Rome - Floyd County. Carol is a member of the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association. Carol is also secretary of the Seven Hills Rotary Club. She was named Humanitarian of the year for 2010 for the Greater Rome Board of Realtors.
Carol and her husband, John, have two daughters, Emma and Molly.
