Carol and Brian Johnson have been one of Erie’s leading Real Estate Teams for 20 years. Known for their hard work and hustle, all with a friendly smile and a positive attitude, Carol and Brian consistently sell about 50 homes annually with $8.9 million closed last year. Carol is Associate Broker and both Carol and Brian have earned the CRS and ABR real estate designations.<br />Giving back is also very important to this real estate family. Brian and Carol are Miracle Agents. With every transaction, they make a contribution to Children’s Miracle Network at Saint Vincent Hospital. They also like to participate in charity events like the Relay for Life benefiting the American Cancer Society.<br />Carol and Brian specialize in some of Erie’s most unique and beautiful scenic neighborhoods by open farmland, waterfront properties, golf course and country club communities and city walks. They are consistently ranked in the top 25 teams of Western Pennsylvania and the top producing teams at RE/MAX Real Estate Group. Brian’s expertise also brings a fresh perspective having been a former business owner a past Director at the Greater Erie Board of Realtors and an ERIE Ambassador.<br />Carol grew up in the Edinboro area and Brian has lived in Millcreek and Fairview. Continuing education to stay ahead of the curve is very important to the team. Carol earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and minor in interior decorating from Northwood University in Michigan. Brian is a graduate of Clarion University where he received a B.A. in Marketing. He also successfully owned and sold his family business, Johnson and Flick Tire and Auto Center. Brian also enjoys photography where he utilizes it in his work, nature and family life. This husband/wife team are the Erie area experts and they take advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer by skiing, biking, hiking and boating with their two teenage daughters. <br />
