Since 1982, Carol has used her experience analyzing and developing business strategies as they relate to real estate. Carol has a well-rounded grasp of real estate principles that includes: a unique understanding of the motivations of all parties involved in a real estate transaction; an inventive problem-solving mindset that allows her to create plans to overcome the many hurdles involved in complex real estate transactions; and an attention to detail in real estate transactions that covers clearly documented action plans, thorough analysis and accountable communication. Carol has a specific aptitude for understanding the requirements of clients experiencing contraction and expansion challenges and for companies who need creative solutions in a difficult business environment. Her consulting experience with companies needing resourceful real estate solutions includes working with clients globally to achieve the smartest tailored business outcomes. Carol received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She also holds a Paralegal AA Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Carol was raised in Europe and is fluent in Italian, French, and Spanish.
