Caroline Fleischer joins Colliers with over 30 years of distinguished experience in commercial real estate brokerage. Renowned as one of South Florida’s top producers, Ms. Fleischer excels in tenant representation across the tri-county region, playing a pivotal role in the leasing success of her team’s office properties. Her exceptional career is highlighted by numerous industry accolades and achievements, including prestigious awards for her leasing accomplishments. Caroline’s strategic expertise and track record of excellence have cemented her reputation as a leading figure in South Florida’s commercial real estate landscape.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ms. Fleischer served as Executive Vice President of Occupier Services for a commercial development firm, Butters. She was involved in their rebranding efforts to increase market share for the office team, as well as leasing not only Butters office assets, but in representing the leasing efforts to many third-party accounts. Before joining Butters, Ms. Fleischer was hired as the Managing Principal of Cresa South Florida, rebranding a strong presence in the South Florida market, recruiting top talent, coaching young professionals, all while maintaining her client base and tenant representation services. She spent over a decade with Cushman & Wakefield providing services as a landlord and tenant rep agent. Caroline is an active member of the South Florida Executive Roundtable and the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.
